Constraint
Every branch had been built by a different crew and the brand language had drifted. New openings had to be completed in two weeks.

Approach
We built a modular system: fixed-size menu cassettes, a standard counter module and a single façade band. Everything is produced in Istanbul and shipped in numbered packs.

Outcome
The third branch opened in 11 days. Thanks to the manual, a local crew can execute it without an architect on site.
