In channel letters, quality shows up at the edge. Bend radius, seams, adhesive squeeze-out and paint transitions are all visible from a metre away and set the brand's perceived value.
We don't take type at face value: we check every glyph for manufacturability and adapt the technique to the detail rather than fattening the letterforms.
