From brief to installation

For each of the six steps, what happens, how long it takes and who owns it is agreed up front.

  1. 01

    Brief & Discovery

    We get to know the façade, the location and the target customer. Asking the right questions early removes expensive corrections later.

  2. 02

    Design & 3D

    Three concept variants are modelled onto a photo of your own façade, by day and by night. The decision is made on screen.

  3. 03

    Engineering

    The chosen design becomes a scaled production drawing: sub-frame, power runs, fixing points and tolerances.

  4. 04

    Atelier Production

    CNC cutting, bending, welding, painting and LED assembly happen in our own atelier, with photographic progress reports at each stage.

  5. 05

    QC & Packing

    The sign runs lit for 24 hours in the atelier for heat and hot-spot checks, then is packed for its specific transport route.

  6. 06

    Freight & Installation

    Insured freight, customs tracking and on-site installation — completed on the planned day without closing the business.
